Pennington Executive
This is the search and selection or head-hunting division that specialises in recruiting both senior and rare skill-sets across the UK and Europe. We never accept an assignment before thoroughly researching the market and providing a report to the potential employer.
Pennington Technical
This division exists to provide packaging, maintenance, commissioning, manufacturing, quality, project, design and continuous improvement engineering and management professionals to the industry.
Pennington Sales and Commercial
This function provide sales, marketing and finance professionals to the print and packaging sector from sales executive and telesales level to Group Sales and Marketing Director. In addition, all support roles such as administrators, customer service, ledger and credit control specialists are recruited.
Pennington Production and Operations
The division recruits experienced finishing, shift, packaging, operational, pre-press managers and associated staff at all levels from Board level to shop-floor. The team have enjoyed a great deal of success recruiting for ‘start-ups’ having been chosen for several high profile projects.
Pennington Supply Chain
This team provides the industry with purchasing, logistics, logistics and planning professionals including Purchasing Managers, Print Buyers, Production Planners, Logistics Managers, Warehouse Managers, Expeditors and Supply Chain analysts, amongst others.
Pennington HR
This area of the Pennington business provides a full range of recruitment, retention and selection services. The list is exhaustive but includes the provision of aptitude testing, OPQ testing, salary surveys, assessment centres and can even assist on HR legal matters.
The Pennington Partnership
This rapidly growing aspect of the business works in conjunction with the client to provide a bespoke recruitment solution for a particular recruitment campaign or to solve an ongoing recruitment issue. It is very client driven but has included in the past Managed Advertising.
